Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, a reservation or a contract, and it is not an offer we are bound to accept. Property details, availability, pricing, minimum stays and terms are confirmed by Mayra Housing directly after you enquire, and any stay is subject to a separate agreement made with us at that point. No payment is taken through this website.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep property information current and only publish details we can stand behind. Even so, availability and specifics change, and pages may occasionally contain errors or be out of date. Always rely on what Mayra Housing confirms to you in writing for your dates, not solely on the website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through the enquiry form;
• use automated means to submit enquiries, scrape content, or probe, overload or disrupt the site;
• copy or reuse the site’s content, photography or design other than for your own reference when making an enquiry.

Intellectual property

The Mayra Housing name, logo, site content and property photography are owned by Mayra Housing or used with permission. They may not be reproduced without our consent.

Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
