Who we are
Mayra Housing (“we”, “us”) operates this website and arranges contractor and workforce accommodation in the UK. For the information you submit here, we are the data controller. You can reach us at info@mayrahousing.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit an enquiry, that is:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your company name, if you give one;
- the work location or project, dates, number of people, accommodation type and any requirements you select;
- the property you were looking at, if the enquiry came from a property page;
- anything you write in the message field.
Our servers also keep short-lived technical logs (for example the IP address a request came from) to keep the site secure and to limit automated abuse of the enquiry form. These are not used to build a profile of you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry — confirming availability, pricing and details for your dates. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the site working and secure — validation, spam screening and rate limiting on the enquiry form. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Who processes it for us
When you send an enquiry, the details are passed to the tools we use to receive and act on it:
- n8n — the automation that receives the enquiry from the website;
- Google Sheets (Google Workspace) — where the enquiry is recorded so we can work through it;
- our email provider — used to send the acknowledgement to you and the notification to us.
These providers act on our instructions as data processors. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting stay, and then for a reasonable period for our business records, after which they are deleted. Technical security logs are kept only briefly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email info@mayrahousing.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to help first.

Photographs on property pages are Mayra Housing’s own, taken from the company’s accommodation listings. Guest reviews are only shown on the site once verified.
